What or Who are Webelos?
Webelos Scouts are 10 year old boys in the Scouting program. Webelos means WE BE LOyal Scouts. The boys earn activity badges: aquanot, artist, athlete, citizen, communicator, craftsman, engineer, family member, fitness, forester, geologist, handyman, naturalist, outdoorsman, readyman, scholar, scientist, showman, sportsman and traveler. By earning these they earn their Webelos Badge and then their Arrow of Light (the highest award in the cub scouting program). At age 11 they move on to the Boy Scout program and we miss them a lot!
